• Locations & Timing: We can deliver to your preferred destination, whether it is your home or office address. Deliveries take place via our courier Monday to Friday between 8:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs. We kindly recommend choosing an address where someone will be available to receive the package during these hours.

• Location: You are welcome to collect your order from our retail outlet at The Plaza Shopping Centre, Sliema, Malta.
   
   
• Timing: We will send you a notification email as soon as your order is ready for collection, which takes a maximum of two days.

• Policy: If you wish to exchange a clothing item for a different size or style, you will only need to cover the shipping cost to send the original item back to us. We will happily ship your new size or style replacement back to you completely free of charge.

• Dispatch: We do our absolute best to ensure all orders are packaged and dispatched within 36 hours.
• Free Shipping: Free international shipping is available for orders meeting the minimum spend threshold of €150. You can view the specific requirements for your country in the list below.
• EU Deliveries: We partner with the GLS International Parcel Network. Shipping charges for most EU countries start from €10.00, and delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 working days.
• Outside the EU: Deliveries outside the European Union may take a few additional days.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for every consignment. This will be emailed to you as soon as your package is booked with our courier.
• Address Changes: Please note that we are kindly unable to change a delivery address once the order has already been dispatched.

• Footwear & Heavy Items: Please note that there is a fixed shipping charge for shoes and boots on international deliveries. Additionally, a minimal shipping surcharge (typically €5.00 per item) applies to coats and heavy jackets.
• Unlisted Countries: If your country is not currently available in the Country/Region dropdown on our Checkout page, please send us an email and we will be happy to provide a custom shipping quote for you.

• Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom + Northern Ireland.

• Duties: For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply depending on your destination. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We kindly suggest checking your local customs guidelines before placing an order to stay informed about any potential additional charges upon delivery.

• Return Shipping Costs: In the event of a contract withdrawal, the buyer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse in Malta.
• Outbound Shipping Refunds: If you choose to withdraw from your entire order, your original standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded. For partial withdrawals (keeping at least one item from your order), the original outbound shipping costs cannot be refunded.
• Threshold Protection: If your initial order qualified for our Free EU Shipping threshold (€150), please rest assured that no retroactive shipping fees will be deducted from your partial refund.
