Vibrant Malta Collection – fashion for your walls

At Junction we are pleased to showcase the Solo exhibition ‘Vibrant Malta Collection‘ by Germany-based artist Antje Flauss.

This extraordinary exhibition runs from the 7th November until 22nd November 2024, inviting guests to take a visual tour of Malta as seen through the creative lens of Antje Flauss.

This art collection will be displayed in our shop along side the Scotch & Soda Autumn/Winter 2024 collection.

The Vibrant Malta Collection is a personal tribute from Antje, reflecting her deep connection to Malta, which feels like her second home.

Featuring abstract interpretations inspired by the island’s vibrant atmospheres, the collection showcases photo collages and acrylic paintings that capture the essence of Malta and Gozo.

Guests will be challenged to identify various locations throughout the exhibits .

Artist biography

Antje Flauss is an artist, based in Berlin. She studied educational science with focus on art, which was followed by a shift toward event design.

Since 2006, she has been an integral part of the family-run AtelierGalerie Orange in Berlin, helping to organize and host art exhibitions.

After relocating to Malta in 2008, Antje continued her work as an event manager while developing her artistic practice, creating vibrant works that reflect her creative journey.

Antje returned to Berlin in 2020, taking the helm of AtelierGalerie Orange, where she now works as a freelance artist, organizes exhibitions, conducts workshops, and collaborates with guest artists.

She also leads art trips to Malta as part of the gallery’s program, providing participants with creative escapes from their daily routines.
